The Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation (Corporation) is managed by a three-member board of directors composed of the members of the Farm Credit Administration (FCA) Board. The Chairman of the Corporation's Board of Directors, however, must be a Board member other than the Chairman of the FCA Board.
